Stickers/decals are cut to order. We reserve the right not to produce stickers that we deem offensive, deflamatory or contravening UK law. We will contact you and offer either a full refund or cut an alternative.
Payment
Payment is made via debit or credit card processed by Stripe’s secure server. Alternatively you may also pay using PayPal secure payment gateway. Customer’s credit card details are not stored or processed by Soul-Arch.
Goods are released on receipt of cleared funds.
Delivery
Delivery is usually completed within 7-14 working days for UK mainland and 7-28 days elsewhere. Should your order does not arrive for any reason please contact us by email info@soul-arch.com with your order number.
Returns Policy
We guarantee that all merchandise bought is of the highest standard. Should you not be completely satisfied with your Soul-Arch product please return it in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
